Appointments
Since popular times fill up quickly, try to book your appointments a few weeks in advance to ensure you get the day and time you want. At the time of booking, we'll ask for a credit card or gift certificate number to guarantee your appointment. We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discovery. Prices are subject to change without notice.
We recommend that you arrive a few minutes early for your appointment. If you're running late, please give us a call so we can make the necessary adjustments to your schedule.
Group Appointments
Please check with the front desk at 866.323.0039 for policies and availability. Special requirements may apply to bookings of 3 or more people. Please note there is a 72-hour cancellation policy for groups.
Consultations
Every client will undergo a complimentary consultation and skin analysis by one of our therapists. Our consultations involve an in-depth education about your skin; a comprehensive discussion about all options available to you along with the benefits and risks associated with each; and a clear recommendation of action. We believe an informed patient, with realistic expectations, will be most satisfied with our treatments and results.
Cancellation Policy
Clients must provide 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment (72 hours for a group or package appointment or for a 2+ hour appointment) or the guaranteeing credit card will be charged a late cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled treatment. No-show will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled treatment.
Returns
If not fully satisfied with a purchase from our retail area, please bring your receipt and unused portion of product back within two weeks of purchase and we'll issue a SkinSpirit credit, good for product or future use at the facility. There are no cash or credit card refunds. Sorry, no credit on product returned after two weeks.
