Dr. Lewman grew up in Edmonton, Alberta and moved to Portland, Oregon to pursue naturopathic medicine at the National University of Natural Medicine in 2010. She quickly fell in love with the Pacific Northwest and a guy at the gym, and knew she needed to stay in Oregon. After working at a busy urgent care clinic for over 5 years, she became exhausted by practicing a type of medicine that didn't really make anyone feel better or happier. That's when she discovered aesthetic medicine and her passion for helping people feel more confident by enhancing their natural beauty.
She uses principles she learned in her naturopathic training, including treating each person as an individual with unique needs, and doctor as teacher. Dr. Lewman recognizes that deciding to pursue aesthetic injectables like Botox, fillers, or Sculptra is a huge decision, and feels strongly that each patient should receive highly personalized education regarding their concerns so they may make informed and intelligent decisions about their care.
Dr. Lewman's favorite aesthetic treatment to receive is Dysport - because nobody needs to see her resting-you-know-what face! But more seriously, she thinks nothing gives you that little confidence boost like seeing wrinkles disappear before your eyes with a wrinkle-relaxer treatment.
When not working, Dr. Lewman can be found lifting weights, running, cooking nutritious meals, hiking with her husband (the guy from the gym), and goofing around with her two amazing sons.
Laura Lewman, ND - Laura applies naturopathic principles at SkinSpirit Portland, emphasizing personalized education so patients feel informed and confident. Maddy Hough is an aesthetic nurse injector and began her career in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) after graduating with her nursing degree from Oregon Health & Science University. Her time in the NICU shaped the delicate, thoughtful approach she brings to her work in aesthetics today.
Maddy discovered her passion for medical aesthetics early in her nursing career as she has always had a passion for skin health— and quickly fell in love with the artistry, science, and the ability to help patients feel confident in their skin. Her treatment philosophy emphasizes that healthy skin starts at home. She believes that injectables are just one part of the equation— daily habits and a comprehensive skincare routine are just as important. Maddy’s goal is to educate and empower her patients to care for their skin from the inside out, prioritizing subtle, natural enhancements that align with each patient’s unique goals.
Since becoming an injector, Maddy has become known for her natural approach and specializes in Botox, Dysport, dermal filler, Sculptra, PRF, and PRF EZ Gel. She’s known for combining modalities to achieve facial balancing with skin-forward results.
When she’s not injecting, you can find Maddy at a coffee shop in Portland, enjoying time with her husband and two dogs (a golden retriever and Bernese mountain dog), traveling, or at lagree (come take a class with her at Core Collective!).
Natalya Tebor MSN, FNP graduated with her bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Portland in 2017, and more recently, in 2023, she earned her degree as a Nurse Practitioner. She began her nursing career in General Surgery and High Risk Obstetrics, until she found her true passion in aesthetics. With three years of experience practicing in aesthetic medicine, Natalya’s injection style accentuates your unique features and highlights natural beauty.
