what is it?

PDO threads are minimally-invasive treatments that stimulate collagen production, tighten the skin, and diminish signs of aging. Injected PDO threads hold skin tissue in an elevated position, giving your face an immediate, subtle lift. We offer two types of PDO threads: barbed and smooth. Barbed threads anchor sagging skin and lift upward for facelift-like results without surgery. Smooth threads create a framework of support under the skin's surface that gently supports and elevates skin.

PDO Threads

works

Small needles insert dissolvable PDO threads (biocompatible threads made of polydioxanone) under the skin to stimulate collagen production. As the threads are inserted into the skin, they create a controlled injury. This triggers the body's natural healing process, which includes the production of new collagen. As your body absorbs the threads, treated areas heal and repair, naturally leaving firmer, younger-looking skin.
